City Football Hosts Free Coaching Clinics In Muscat

Young footballers across Oman can now learn how to dribble like Kevin De Bruyne and score like Sergio Aguero by signing up for free coaching clinics run by City Football Schools.

Taking place at British School Muscat, boys and girls aged 6-16 years old will be able to learn how to play football, with coaches on hand to teach everything from technique, ball skills to health and fitness this Spring.

With the team currently flying high in the English Premier League and so many Manchester City fans in Oman, coaches at City Football Schools are getting ready to welcome young players keen to take part in the coaching clinics.

Simon Hewitt City Football School’s Head of Football Operations said: “City Football Schools are delighted to be partnering with British School Muscat to offer a free coaching clinics to the children of Oman. The sessions are not limited to children attending British School Muscat but are open to children all over Oman who love football.”

“This is an exciting opportunity for children across Sultanate to take part in coaching clinic run by our fully qualified City Football coaches.  The sessions we will be offering are built upon the philosophy and training program of the Manchester City Academy which offers young players, the opportunity to improve their football skills, make friends, stay healthy and have lots of fun.

“The sessions are free and open to both boys and girls aged 6 -16 years, however places are limited so I would encourage anyone wanting to register to do so quickly!”

Sessions will take place on Tuesday 3rd and Thursday 5th April at British School Muscat.  Children aged 6 years to 9 years will train from 17:00 – 18:15 followed by children aged 10 years to 16 years from 18:45 – 20:00.

Timings: 5-9 years from 17:00 – 18:15 and 10-16 years from 18:45 – 20:00
