Ayaan Khan wins Oman Cricket’s player of month award again!

Ayaan Khan of Muscat Cricket Team became the first cricketer this year to receive the Player of the Month award from Oman Cricket (OC) for the second time this year.

He had won the same award back in January for his all-round heroics with the bat and the ball.

Khan was presented the award for March at a ceremony held at the OC office.

The ceremony was attended by Madhu Jesrani, general secretary, Oman Cricket, Kiran Asher, treasurer, Maqbool Moosa al Lawati, board member, Duleep Mendis, chief development officer and National Team coach, and Iqbal Ariwala, chief administration officer.

Young Khan was the leading scorer at the recently concluded Premier Division T20 League with an aggregate of 355 runs in eight matches at a healthy average of 71.

In addition, he bagged nine wickets in the tournament.

Jesrani praised Khan for making valuable contributions to his team’s performance in the recently concluded season. He also urged the player to continue working hard for an even better show next season.

Khan thanked Oman Cricket and Muscat CT management for their support and encouragement while expressing his resolve to perform even better in the future.
