Job Description
To manage and supervise the health, safety, security and environment sections’ of ODC and guide and advise them on policies and procedures in order to ensure the implementation of HSSE policies and procedures as well as employees’ compliance with relevant health, safety, security and environmental standards and protocols.

Manage the effective achievement of objectives through setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing staff and providing formal and informal feedback in order to maximize overall performance and team motivation.
Budgets and Plans
Contribute to the preparation of the HSSE department budget and monitor the financial performance of a given area versus the budget so that areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, rectified promptly and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon.
