Job Description
a) Shall have minimum qualification required for the position: ITI or equivalent.
b) Shall have a minimum experience of 4 years at Vulcanizing position in a Pellet plant / Cement plant / Steel plant or any other Heavy industry.
c) Shall be able to perform the regular inspection, maintenance and handling of vulcanizing presses.
d) Should be able to maintain the electrical tools and machines related to conveyor belts.
e) Should be able to inspect and certify electrical hand tools.
f) Should be able to assist in vulcanizing, roller replacement and other work related to conveyor belt maintenance.

Job Description
Duties :
a) Minimum experience required is 2 years in Pellet plant / Cement plant / Steel plant, heavy industries.
b) Shall assist in maintenance activities of conveyor belts and pellet plant related equipment’s.
c) Shall maintain housekeeping of area on regular basis.
d) Shall able to replace conveyor belt rollers independently.
e) Shall shift the tools, rollers, spares, etc related to conveyor maintenance to the required locations with due care to avoid damages.
f) Shall be responsible to execute the assigned work with due care and with all the safety measures defined by VALE
