Job Description
• Serve food and beverages to guests as per their orders and requests. Ensure all serving standards of the hotel are followed correctly

• To carry trays, bus and reset tables with linen, china, glass and silver
• Complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to set standards
• To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu and their ingredients & preparation and the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and up-sell alternatives
• Present menus and inform guests about the specials of the day. Help guests with the information they need about the menu items and help them choose their order when requested
Supervisor

Job Description
Duties :
a)Shall have minimum qualification required for the position – ITI or equivalent.
b) Shall have a minimum experience of 10 years at supervisor position in a Pellet plant / Cement plant / Steel plant or any other Heavy industry.
c) Shall supervise and manage the workforce, plan and coordinate jobs execution and resource allocation.
d) Shall generate the required daily and monthly reports which to be sent to Vale Contract Controller.
e) Shall be a permit holder.
f) Shall carry out on site supervision.
g) Shall handle the Occupational Health and Safety tasks.
