Rainfall expected over parts of Oman

Muscat: Over the next two days, rain, active winds and flooding in valleys near the Al Hajar Mountains and adjacent areas is expected, Oman Meteorology announced.

A statement issued online said: "Expectations of cumulus clouds activity during the next two days (Tuesday and Wednesday) and chances of scattered rains, occasionally thunderstorms accompanied by active winds and flow of water in valleys near the Al Hajar Mountains and adjacent areas during the afternoon and evening."
