Oman crime: Gold seized on Muscat-India flight

Seventeen gold biscuits weighing around 2 kilograms were seized by Indian customs officials on Saturday.

“The seizure were made from two passengers who had arrived from Muscat at Trivandrum airport on Saturday morning,” a statement from Customs Trivandrum airport said.

The flight had left Muscat at 10.30 pm on Friday and had arrived at Trivandrum airport at 3.50 am on Saturday.
