Man arrested for murder and dumping body in well

An expatriate has been arrested for murdering his friend in the Buraimi governorate. The arrest has been made by the Department of Inquiries and Criminal Investigations at Buraimi Police Station.

An official at Buraimi Police Station said, “We received an alert about a body that was found at an abandoned well in the wilayat of Mahdah in Buraimi. The man had died of stabbing.”

The accused was later nabbed and has confessed to the crime. He has been referred to the Public Prosecution to complete legal proceedings.
