HM Sultan Qaboos bin Said issued four Royal Decrees

His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said yesterday issued four Royal Decrees as follows:

Royal Decree No. 47/2017 endorses the oil agreement signed on November 14th, 2017 between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman, Occidental Hafar LLC and Oman Oil Exploration and Production Company for Block 30.
 

Article (1) endorses the above-mentioned agreement.

Article (2) says that this Decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced on its date of issue.

Royal Decree No. 48/2017 endorses the oil agreement signed on November 14th, 2017 between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and ARA Petroleum Oman B31 Ltd for Block 31 B.

Article (1) endorses the above-mentioned agreement.

Article (2) says that this Decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced on its date of issue.

Royal Decree No. 49/2017 endorses the oil agreement signed on November 14th, 2017 between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and Tethys Oil Montasar Ltd for Block 49.

Article (1) endorses the above-mentioned agreement.

Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced on its date of issue.

Royal Decree No. 50/2017 endorses the oil agreement signed on November 14th, 2017 between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman, Eni Oman B.V. and Oman Oil Exploration and Production Company for Block 52.

Article (1) endorses the above-mentioned agreement.

Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced on its date of issue.
