His Majesty Sultan Qaboos issues four Royal Decrees

His Majesty Sultan Qaboos container Said yesterday issued four Royal announcements as pursues: Royal Decree No.43/2019 on the arrangement of a Secretary General for the Ministry of Finance.

Royal Decree No.44/2019 on the arrangement of an Under-Secretary for the Foreign Ministry for Diplomatic Affairs. 

Article (1) selects Sheik Khalifa canister Ali receptacle Issa al-Harthy as Under-Secretary at the Foreign Ministry for Diplomatic Affairs. 

Article (2) says that this announcement will be distributed in the Official Gazette and produces results from its date of issue. 

Royal Decree No.45/2019 on the arrangement of a delegate to the Governor of Dhofar. 

Article (1) designates Sheik Muhanna canister Saif receptacle Salim Al Lamki as Deputy Governor of Dhofar. 

Article (2) says that this announcement will be distributed in the Official Gazette and upheld with impact from its date of issue. 

Royal Decree No.46/2019 on the arrangement of a Permanent Representative for the Sultanate at the United Nations Organization in New York. 

Article (1) designates Dr. Mohammed canister Awadh Al Hassaan as Permanent Representative for the Sultanate at the United Nations Organization in New York. 

Article (2) says that this pronouncement will be distributed in the Official Gazette and produces results from its date of issue.
