GCC Health Undersecretaries Meets

The GCC Undersecretaries of the Ministries of Health held today their fifth video-conference meeting to discuss the latest developments of Coronavirus (COVID-9).

The meeting reviewed minutes of the fourth meeting, which was held last week, and focused on the health sector after the end of this pandemic.

Furthermore, the Undersecretaries reviewed the number of PCR tests that were undertaken for COVID-19 cases and discussed the precautionary measures to protect the health professionals, as well as the financial impacts of this pandemic o the health sector generally.  

The GCC Undersecretaries praised the significant efforts exerted by the staff working in the health sector and their contribution in tackling COVID-19, as well as the cooperation of the citizens along with the official and civil authorities in these exceptional circumstances.
