Earthquake reported in Arabian Sea

An earthquake has been reported in the Arabian Sea, on Tuesday, according to the Earthquake Monitoring Centre (EMC), located at the Sultan Qaboos University.

A statement issued online by the EMC said: “An earthquake in Arabian sea, 569 km away from Salalah in Dhofar governorate, with magnitude of 5.2, at 11:15 pm MCT and at a depth of 10 km."
