124 workers arrested for labour law violation in Oman

47 facilities have been inspected and 124 arrested for breaking labour violations in Muscat, according to a statement by the Ministry of Manpower.

“47 facility inspections have been carried and the arrest of 124 violating workers who were working in an illegal manner,” the ministry said.

Numerous inspection campaigns were held by the ministry over the period of 13 to 21st of July 2017 in Al Seeb, Bausher, Al Amerat, and Mutrah
