Saudi bride-to-be saves man’s life by donating her dowry
A Saudi bride-to-be has touched the hearts of millions after she donated her dowry amounting to SR15,000 to save a man's life.
Shu'aa Al Sharif learned about the man in need from the Twitter post of a Saudi actor, Fayez Al Malki. The man was ill and unable to pay for his treatment. He sought assistance from people to help the man.
In response, Shu'aa Al Sharif decided to give away her dowry to help the man.
MSN news stated that the woman was ready to help even as she was not rich and had the financial responsibilities of her parents and siblings.
In a statement Al Sharif made on the MBC show Ma'ali Al Mowaten, she explained the reason behind her generous donation.
