Free parking for four days
Now this must be sounding like music to the ears of all who intend to drive around Dubai during Eid Al Adha holidays.
All paid parking zones in Dubai, except multi-level parking lots, will be free of charge from Thursday, August 31, and fees will be restored on Monday, September 4.
The Department of Municipal Affairs and Transport in Abu Dhabi has also announced that parking in the emirate will be free from Thursday, August 31 until Sunday, September 3. Parking charges will resume at 8am on Monday, September 4.
Free WiFi
Etisalat announced on Tuesday that it will offer free UAE WiFi - the telco's high-speed public WiFi across malls, restaurants and cafes for residents in the UAE during Eid Al Adha period -August 30-September 9.
UAE WiFi lets residents connect to the internet using their mobile devices in major public locations across the country. During the Eid Al Adha holidays, any individual with a UAE mobile number will be able to enjoy free high-speed and high-quality access through public WiFi.
Public transport services
For those who don't like to drive or detest the driving hassle in one way or the other, can make full use of the RTA services in Dubai. Whether it is the Dubai Metro, the tram, bus services, water bus, Dubai ferry, or the abras, the RTA will be there for you during the holidays.
Unlimited mall activities
Majid Al Futtaim malls across the country will brighten up the Eid Al Adha festivities for visitors with a host of offers, grand prizes, dazzling entertainment and interactive activities during the holidays.
