Iftar Recipes: Pineapple and Plum Drink
During Iftar time as we break the fast we feel thirsty. Pineapple and plum are both antioxidant rich fruits and are considered best after having heavy meals at Iftar. I made this beat the heat drink which also boosts the immune system and is rich in vitamin C.
Ingredients
• 1 tin pineapple
• 4 plums
• Half tin condensed milk
• Juice of 1 lemon
• Ice cubes
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together.
Put it in smoothie jar.
