Diet For Increasing The Male Fertility
Unsaturated fatty acids
While saturated fat bad influence on sperm quality, unsaturated fats are essential for male fertility because they participate in the construction of prostaglandin, a substance that strengthens the ability of the sperm to penetrate the egg. Low levels are associated with reduced fertility and abnormal grabs the male sex cells.
Unsaturated fatty acids are mostly found in sea fish, salmon and mackerel, then walnuts, almonds, ground flaxseed, flax oil and olive oil.
Daily Menu
Half an hour before breakfast should drink freshly squeezed juice of two oranges and eat portion of seasonal fruit.
For breakfast it should make a mixture of oat flakes, crushed almonds, raisins and figs, in teaspoon ground flax seeds, sesame and pumpkin seeds, a teaspoon of carob and five Brazilian nuts.
It can be boiled millet and rice cooked in milk, mixed with honey, crushed pumpkin seeds, crushed almonds, flaxseed and sesame.
Lunch: Salmon baked in the oven, rice with carrots and onion, cabbage salad; or stew of tomato, a piece of white meat, boiled potatoes and carrot salad.
Dinner: A piece of wholemeal bread with avocado and garlic and a glass of tomato juice.
