Deepika Padukone’s Padmaavat beats Aamir Khan’s Dhoom 3 and Salman Khan’s Tiger Zinda Hai at the box office

It's been more than a month and 33 days to be precised and Deepika Padukone's Padmaavat is still going strong at the box office. Despite the release of various films in between be it Pad Man, Aiyaary, Black Panther, Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety etc. the craze of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's magnum opus among the movie watching audience refuses to die down. In 32 days of its release the film has beaten the box office of Aamir Khan starrer Dhoom 3, hence becoming the sixth highest box office grosser of all time at domestic box office.

 

While Padmaavat made Rs 4.46 crore in its fifth weekend, taking its domestic total to a huge Rs 286.24 crore. Dhoom 3 on the other hand had made Rs 284.27 crore. Not just that Padmaavat has also beaten Salman Khan's Tiger Zinda Hai at the worldwide box office. While Padmaavat has so far made Rs 564 crore, TZH had made Rs 562 crore.
