Qantab Beach

At around 3:30 pm local time, the beach comes alive by the visits of tourists and locals and even it is visited by swimmers in the early morning by the time the fishermen comes out with their boats. During the Omani summer, the temperatures would be quite high as expected but it would settle down after 3:30 pm.

To gain access to a isolated part of the beach, the tourists could hire the services from the fishermen for just 10 OMR for a family. One should be cautious about the fact that there would be no changing rooms or showers available around the beach as it is at the town's end. Hence visitors are expected to make their own arrangements in this regard.
